The European court of equity has ruled the UK can singularly stop the Brexit procedure, in a choice that will support requests for a second EU choice.
The court reasoned that any EU part state can repudiate the article 50 process without requiring endorsement from each other part state, in a crisis judgment coordinated to match with Tuesday's basic Commons vote on Theresa May's Brexit bargain.

It stated: "The United Kingdom is allowed to renounce singularly the notice of its goal to pull back from the EU."
